Accucore™ C8 HPLC Columns

The Thermo Scientific™ Accucore™ C8 HPLC Column is a high-performance reversed-phase analytical HPLC column designed to deliver fast, efficient, and reproducible separations for a broad range of moderately hydrophobic and non-polar analytes. Built using Core Enhanced Technology™ (solid core particles), the column provides exceptional chromatographic efficiency, excellent peak shapes, and lower operating backpressure compared to conventional sub-2 µm columns, making it compatible with both HPLC and UHPLC systems.

The Accucore™ C8 stationary phase offers lower hydrophobic retention than C18 columns, making it an ideal choice for compounds requiring moderate retention while maintaining excellent resolution and shorter analysis times. Its high surface coverage and advanced bonding technology minimize secondary interactions, resulting in symmetrical peaks and improved analytical sensitivity.
