The Thermo Scientific™ DNAPac™ PA200 Oligonucleotide HPLC Column (2 × 250 mm) is a high-performance strong anion exchange (SAX) Bio-LC column designed for the high-resolution analysis and purification of synthetic oligonucleotides. Engineered with a nonporous polymer stationary phase functionalized with quaternary ammonium groups, the column delivers exceptional separation efficiency for DNA, RNA, antisense oligonucleotides, siRNA, and other nucleic acid therapeutics.

The DNAPac PA200 offers excellent selectivity and reproducibility, enabling efficient separation of closely related oligonucleotide impurities, including n, n-1 failure sequences, phosphorothioate variants, and oligonucleotides with secondary structures. Its robust chemistry provides compatibility across a wide pH range (up to pH 12.5 under recommended conditions) and tolerance to common organic solvents, making it suitable for demanding analytical and purification workflows.
