The Hot Air Oven – Back Motor by Hally Instruments is a precision laboratory heating and drying oven designed for applications such as drying, sterilization, baking, curing, conditioning, and thermal testing. With a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 250°C, the oven delivers uniform heat distribution for consistent and reliable performance. It is widely used in pharmaceutical laboratories, microbiology laboratories, research institutes, hospitals, educational institutions, and quality control laboratories. Available in both standard and GMP models, the oven features either a GI powder-coated outer body with an SS304 inner chamber or a complete SS304 stainless steel construction to meet different laboratory requirements.

The oven is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID controller for accurate temperature regulation with ±1°C accuracy. A back-mounted motor and back-mounted heating arrangement provide efficient air circulation and uniform heating throughout the chamber, ensuring excellent temperature consistency. The unit also features special-grade glass wool insulation to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency, along with stainless steel wire mesh trays for optimum airflow and uniform sample heating.
