The Vacuum Oven – Hally Make is a precision laboratory drying oven designed for moisture removal, delicate drying processes, dry sterilization, purification, and moisture content determination under controlled vacuum conditions. Operating within a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 230°C, the oven is ideal for pharmaceutical laboratories, chemical laboratories, research institutes, biotechnology facilities, electronics industries, and quality control laboratories where oxidation-free and low-temperature drying is essential.

The oven is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID controller for precise temperature regulation and features an externally wound heating cord around the inner chamber to ensure uniform heating. High-quality ceramic and glass wool insulation minimizes heat loss while improving thermal efficiency. The unit includes two ball valves—one for vacuum pump connection and one for vacuum release—along with a panel-mounted vacuum gauge for accurate monitoring of vacuum levels, ensuring safe and reliable operation throughout the drying process.
