The Orbital Shaking Incubator (Only Heating) by Hally Instruments is a precision laboratory incubator designed for applications requiring controlled heating and uniform orbital shaking. With a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 60°C and a variable shaking speed, it is ideal for microbial culture, cell culture, enzyme reactions, fermentation studies, tissue culture, and sample preparation in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, microbiology, research, and quality control laboratories. The incubator is available with a GI powder-coated outer body and SS304 inner chamber, with an optional full SS304 GMP construction for hygienic and corrosion-resistant operation.

The unit features a PID controller with a PT-100 temperature sensor to ensure precise temperature regulation with ±0.2°C accuracy. A permanent magnet DC motor delivers smooth 20 mm orbital motion for uniform mixing and incubation, while the transparent acrylic viewing door allows easy sample observation without disturbing chamber conditions. The LCD display continuously shows RPM, time, and temperature, and the universal aluminium platform accommodates various clamp sizes, making it suitable for a wide range of laboratory applications.
