Built with Core Enhanced Technology (solid core particles) and an amide-bonded stationary phase, the column delivers exceptional separation efficiency, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility while operating at lower backpressure than conventional sub-2 µm columns.

Featuring 2.6 µm solid core particles with a 150 Å pore size, the Accucore 150 Amide HILIC column provides excellent retention of highly polar analytes, including glycans, carbohydrates, peptides, amino acids, nucleotides, and other hydrophilic biomolecules. The amide stationary phase offers strong hydrogen-bonding interactions, resulting in superior selectivity and resolution for complex analytical separations.
