BDS Cyano 250*4.6*5um

The Thermo Scientific™ Hypersil™ BDS Cyano HPLC Column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) is a high-performance analytical column designed for reliable and reproducible HPLC separations in pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental, food, and research laboratories. Built on base-deactivated silica (BDS) technology with a Cyano (CN) stationary phase, the column provides excellent peak shape, reduced silanol activity, and outstanding performance for both acidic and basic compounds.

The Hypersil™ BDS Cyano column offers dual-mode chromatographic capability, making it suitable for both reversed-phase and normal-phase chromatography. In reversed-phase applications, it provides unique selectivity compared to conventional C18 and C8 columns, while in normal-phase applications it delivers lower retention than silica columns, enabling versatile method development and optimized separations.
