BDS-HYPERSIL-CYANO 5UM 150X4.6MM COLUMN

The Thermo Scientific™ Hypersil™ BDS Cyano HPLC Column (5 µm, 150 × 4.6 mm) is a high-performance analytical column designed for reliable separations in both reversed-phase and normal-phase HPLC applications. Built on base-deactivated silica (BDS) technology, the column minimizes silanol activity, resulting in improved peak symmetry, enhanced reproducibility, and extended column lifetime for routine analytical workflows.

The Cyano (CN) stationary phase provides unique selectivity compared to traditional C18 and C8 columns, making it ideal for separating polar and moderately hydrophobic compounds. In reversed-phase chromatography, it offers different retention characteristics, while in normal-phase applications it provides lower retention than conventional silica columns, enabling greater flexibility across a wide range of analytical methods.
