MABPAC SCX-10 10UM 4X250MM

The Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ SCX-10 HPLC Column (10 µm, 4 × 250 mm) is a high-performance strong cation exchange (SCX) chromatography column specifically engineered for the high-resolution separation and characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and charge variants. Designed with a unique nonporous pellicular polymer resin and proprietary grafted cation-exchange chemistry, the column delivers exceptional efficiency, reproducibility, and resolution for biopharmaceutical analysis.

The hydrophilic polymer coating minimizes unwanted hydrophobic interactions, resulting in sharper peak shapes and improved recovery of biomolecules. The MAbPac™ SCX-10 enables separation of monoclonal antibody variants that differ by as little as a single charged residue, making it an excellent choice for quality control, biosimilar characterization, protein charge heterogeneity analysis, and biopharmaceutical research.
