The Hot Air Oven – Top Motor by Hally Instruments is a precision laboratory drying and heating oven designed for applications such as drying, sterilization, baking, curing, conditioning, and heat treatment of laboratory materials. Operating within a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 300°C, the oven provides uniform temperature distribution, making it ideal for pharmaceutical laboratories, microbiology laboratories, hospitals, research institutes, educational institutions, and quality control laboratories. It is available in both standard and GMP models, with options for GI powder-coated outer body with SS304 inner chamber or complete SS304 stainless steel construction.

The oven is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID controller that delivers precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±1°C. A top-mounted motor and side-mounted heating arrangement ensure efficient air circulation and uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. The unit also features special-grade glass wool insulation to minimize heat loss and improve energy efficiency, while stainless steel wire mesh trays provide convenient sample placement for consistent drying and heating performance.
