The Orbital Shaking Incubator (With Heating & Cooling) by Hally Instruments is a high-performance laboratory incubator designed for simultaneous temperature-controlled incubation and orbital shaking of biological and chemical samples. With a temperature range of 10°C to 60°C and a variable shaking speed of 50 to 300 RPM, the unit is ideal for microbiology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, cell culture, fermentation studies, enzyme reactions, and quality control laboratories. It is available in a standard model with a GI powder-coated outer body and SS304 inner chamber, with an optional full SS304 GMP construction for hygienic and corrosion-resistant operation.
The incubator is equipped with a PID controller with a PT-100 temperature sensor to ensure accurate temperature control with ±0.2°C accuracy. A permanent magnet DC motor with 20 mm orbital motion provides smooth, uniform shaking, while the transparent acrylic door allows easy observation of samples without disturbing chamber conditions. The LCD display continuously shows RPM, temperature, and timer, and the universal aluminium platform accommodates a wide range of flask clamps, making the unit suitable for diverse laboratory applications.
